Exam Proctoring
- Airdrie Public Library provides exam proctoring services to students registered in licensed educational institutions.
- Students are responsible for contacting the educational institution.
- The library requires a minimum of one week's notice to schedule an exam.
- Airdrie Public Library reserves the right to decline to proctor any exam at the Library’s discretion.
- The library does not administer aptitude exams and cannot administer exams requiring the use of language keyboard software.
- Staff do not sit in the room with students during the exam, so confirm that it is acceptable to your institution.
- If students have any special accommodations, please have the institution provide that information to us prior to the exam.
Fees
- Members of Airdrie Public Library: $40.00/exam
- Non-members: $80.00/exam
- For paper exams: Postage to mail exams back to educational institution will be charged to the student.
Booking an exam indicates you agree to the following:
- As the library is a public building, the exam proctor and the library are unable to guarantee a noise-free environment for your exam.
- You, as the student, are responsible for following the rules set forth by your institution.
- The library and the exam proctor will not be held responsible for any loss of or damage of personal items.
