Curbside Pick-Up

Curbside Pickup

In a hurry? Too busy to browse the shelves? Reserve your selections online, stop by the Library and we’ll bring the Library outside to you, through our curbside pick up service.

1. Place a Request.

Click here  or go to The Regional Automation Consortium public access catalogue (TRACpac) at tracpac.ab.ca and login to your account using your barcode and PIN (last four digits of your phone number unless you have changed it)

  • Choose “Search” and then “Keyword.”
  • Once you have located an item in the catalogue, choose the “One Click Request” option on the right of the screen.  You will get a confirmation box on the screen.
  • You can continue searching for the next item, manage your hold requests, or log out.

2. Wait for notification that your items are ready.

  • You will receive notification by email, text, or phone (as per your Library account) that your hold requests are available for pickup.
  •  After you receive your notification, you will have seven days to pick your items up.
  • Give us a call on the day you plan to come (or the night before) and we will sign out your materials and put them in a bag.
  • Call us from the front of the library (use the designated spot right at the front of the building next to the hedge. Phone 403-948-0600 #2) and we will bring your items to your vehicle.

If you have any questions, please contact us at 403-948-0600 or email us at info@airdriepubliclibrary.ca
