Description: Participants will learn to train your attention to create a quality of mind that is both calm and alert. This quality of mind forms the foundation for emotional intelligence/balance, enhancing well-being, decision making, and problem solving. It also provides the individual with the ability to regulate and master emotions in times of change or stress.
